3 S Bartending will NOT provide any liquor. All packages require that you
the customer provide all liquor and supplies needed for the types of
cocktails or drinks that you would like served at your event. You are
also responsible for providing a table or bar to serve from

We will provide you with a list to help you select the right
liquor and supplies to purchase.

We may at your option provide supplies for a fee.

Basic Bartender Service
Phone Quotes are only good for 1 week from date given,
price is not set until contract is received signed.

$25 per hour with a 4hours min per bartender
if booked at least 1 week in advance
add $30.00 per bartender if you would like blender drinks
add $30.00 per bartender if you use bottles larger than a liter this includes wine.

$35 per hour with a 4hours min per bartender
if booked less than 1 week in advance
add $30.00 per bartender if you would like blender drinks
add $30.00 per bartender if you use bottles larger than a liter this includes wine.

$50 per hour with a 4hours min per bartender
if booked less than 2 days before event.
add $30.00 per bartender if you would like blender drinks
add $30.00 per bartender if you use bottles larger than a liter this includes wine.

First 25 travel miles are no charge
each mile thereafter $1.25 per mile
address of event site must be provided when booking

(There must be 1 bartender per 75 -100 drinkers)
Service Includes: Set-up / clean-up of bar area, bagging of bar
trash. However we will not take out trash.
(You must provide the table or bar.)

We can provide a table set up for $50.00

Additional hourly rate for Holidays

Tips Jars are standard unless otherwise specified *If a Tip Jar is not allowed
a gratuity fee of $100.00 per bartender will be added to your bill.
This is based on a 4 hour event.
Bartenders will not ask for tips.

You may also hire:

Glass Washer
(Glass washer will only wash glasses, they will in no way handle dishes.)
$25 per hour 3 hour min plus 20% gratuity per hour

Waitress
(will only serve w drinks)
$25 per hour 3 hour min plus 20% gratuity per hour

Busboy or Bar backs
(will bus glasses and plates to kitchen area,
however they will not scrape them out or wash them)
$25 per hour plus 20% gratuity

Bouncers
Cost per bouncer: $150 for 5 hours
$40 hourly fee per bouncer beyond initial 5 hour period

3 S Bartending also offers Complete set up Packages. By using our set-up
packages you will take the headache of buying, picking up,
and packing bar supplies to your event site away from you.
Supplies provided will not be unlimited,
we will bring enough for the amount of guests expected and paid for,
this is estimated at 4 drinks per person. Any supplies leftover,
will belong to 3 S Designs / Bartending
unless you purchased supplies Individually.

Are you looking for a worry - free setup?
With our Complete Bar Set-Up Service,
we'll provide the bartender, the equipment, and all of
the mixers for your event.
Complete Bar Set-Up Service
$4.75 per person (100 person minimum)

Break Down of Cost: $100 for Bartender for the first four hours,
$35 for each additional hour, and $3.75 per guest.
add $30.00 per bartender if you would like blender drinks
add $30.00 per bartender if you use bottles larger than a liter this includes wine.

There is a 100 person minimum for this service however you do not have to
pay for total number of guests at you event, you only pay
for the estimated amount of liquor drinkers. Soda bars are available at an additional cost.

This Service includes 1-bartender for 4 hours
for each additional bartender add $100.00 for 4 hours
Liquor is not provided and packages and services are not unlimited
supplies are estimated @ 4 drinks per person.
We will bring enough products for everyone who was paid for to enjoy.

For those guest that do not drink

We will bring enough products for everyone who was paid for to enjoy.

Service Includes: Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke,
water, napkins, straws, frosted plastic cups
Other types of soda may be added if requested in advance.

Additional or special requests are highly encouraged by Three S Designs.
If there is a specific service that is not covered by this site that you would like, do
not hesitate to contact me and discuss what it is and I will try to do my best
to accommodate your needs. Some restrictions will apply and there may be
additional charges. (Some examples of additional or special requests are:
Special attire, special glassware, champagne fountains, Martini bars ,
Daiquiri bars, champagne pyramids, toast tables, etc.)

*3 S Bartending staff will not charge/collect money at events for beverages served
unless a license is obtained to do so. Please check with your local county
government on their regulations and requirements.

If you want to charge for alcoholic beverages at your event, please let us know
before reserving 3 S Bartending staff.
