Actually, there is no such thing as a "licensed bartender". Bartenders can be certified (we are TABC certified). COMPANIES are licensed, not bartenders. And YES, we can supply certified bartenders for your event. 3. How far in advance do I have to reserve your services? The more notice you give us, the better and cheaper. Planning a party takes work and the more planning you do the better the party will be. We suggest reserving your date as soon as the party is confirmed. Try to contact us at least 1-2 weeks prior to your event, but don't be afraid to call us at the last minute. We'll do our best to help you out! 4. How many bartenders do I need for my party? As a general rule you should hire one bartender per 100 guests. If you are expecting a lot of guests please try to notify us well in advance so that we can arrange the schedules of several bartenders. 5. Can I buy my own alcholic beverages? Yes, in fact we require that you do. We'll be more than happy to assist you in buying the correct quantities and selections to fit your needs. We will provide the ice and all the mixers such as soda, water, juices, we'll also provide garnishments such as cherries, limes, olives and those cute little umbrellas for a fee. For an additional charge we can even provide fancy disposable cups including champagne flutes and wine glasses. Tell us what you need and we'll arrange it.
